Data That Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, email, profile picture)
  • All uploaded receipt images
  • All extracted receipt data and shopping history
  • Shopping lists and saved items
  • Price tracking history and analytics
  • Account preferences and settings

Data That May Be Retained

In accordance with legal requirements, certain data may be retained:

  • Anonymized, aggregated price data (cannot be linked back to you)
  • Transaction records required for legal/tax compliance (if applicable)

Retained data cannot be used to identify you personally.

Important Warning

  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
  • All your receipts, shopping history, and analytics will be lost
  • If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first to avoid future charges
  • You can create a new account later, but your previous data cannot be recovered

How It Works

  • Account deletion is instant when initiated from within the app
  • All personal data is removed immediately from our active database
  • Backup data may take up to 30 days to be fully purged
